1:00 pm – 5:00 pm | HOSPITALITY DESK HOURS
The Hospitality Desk is open which is located on the North Mezzanine level overlooking the lobby in The Peabody Memphis.
After the Hospitality desk closes, you can pick up your items at Boomer Bash.
6:00 pm – 8:00 pm | BOOMER BASH
October 26
7:00 am | MEET IN THE LOBBY
Meet outside the lobby of The Peabody Memphis on the Union Avenue side to board the motor coaches to the game. Boxed breakfast will be provided.
7:30 am | MOTOR COACH DEPARTURE
Motor coaches depart at 7:30 am.
9:00 am | OLE MISS ARRIVAL
Motor coaches arrive at Ole Miss.
Lot B
Located at the Indoor Tennis Center, across from the Ole Miss Track & Field Complex.
11:00 am | KICKOFF
Oklahoma vs. Ole Miss
Boomer Sooner!
30 Minutes Post-Game | MOTOR COACH DEPARTURE
Return to motor coaches in Lot B for transfers back to The Peabody Hotel.
October 27
By 11:00 am | CHECK-OUT
Check-out of The Peabody Memphis and pay all incidental charges. Have a safe trip home!
