2:00 pm – 7:00 pm | HOSPITALITY DESK HOURS
The Sooner Fan Travel Hospitality Desk will be staffed in the Garden Terrace, on the first floor of the Hyatt Regency San Antonio Riverwalk. Please plan to stop by to pick up your tour materials and credentials.
5:30 pm – 7:30 pm | TOUR WELCOME RECEPTION
Welcome Event at Mad Dogs British Pub (inside the Hyatt Regency)
December 28th – Game Day!

Meet in lobby of hotel to walk to Boomer Bash
5:00 pm – 7:00 pm | BOOMER BASH PREGAME EVENT
Enjoy a Tex-Mex buffet with beer, wine, and margaritas with fellow Sooners to get ready for the big game! OU Band & Spirit will also make an appearance.
8:15 pm | KICKOFF – BOOMER SOONER!

Post-Game | ALAMODOME DEPARTURE
Follow the crowd walking back to the hotel. Note the Alamodome is an approximate 20-minute walk from the Hyatt Regency San Antonio Riverwalk.
